Movie Date and Leftover Baked Alaska

Today Luke and I went to see Madagascar 3.  We loved it!  In fact we are still laughing about it now...

When we got home we made Baked Alaska.

Actually we didn't make it...my friend Lindsay made it.  We just heated it in the oven...to make the meringue part all golden-y brown.

Since Luke couldn't be here for my birthday, Lindsay saved part of the Baked Alaska she made for my birthday so I could have some with Luke when he got back from work.

He loved it!
