After I got to church I realized it was Earth Day today. (Note that it wasn't until after I didn't drive to church that I realized this...)
And then I started thinking about the cake I made last year around Earth Day time...if you don't remember, you can click here and be reminded :)
So the trouble with Earth Day is that it reminds me of cake.
And not just any cake.
The most delicious cake ever made.
The chocolate-y-est cake on the face of the earth!
Earth! There, now we have come full circle...
