Behold the most delicious bundt cake that I have ever tasted! The recipe and bundt pan were a wedding gift. I decided to make it (and decorate it) in celebration of Earth Day.
But Earth Day is tomorrow...and there is only one piece left... I don't know if it will make it!
Luke loves it, and we both decided that I should only make it once a year. He says it tastes like "Fudgey Fluffy Brownies"...
Fudgey and Fluffy? Yes. It's possible.
