Today was my birthday. It was a lovely day, filled with kung fu and great food and presents! I like presents.
Luke got me an awesome fishing pole that is both a fly fishing rod, and a spinning rod. Aaannnnnddd it came with a sweet carrying case!
He also got me some Rainbow sandals, so now I'm cool...like Luke. :)
We went to a matinee movie and saw...(drum roll please)......
Kung Fu Panda 2! Yay! (I also wanted to see Cars 2 which came to theaters this very day, but I figured we better see this one before it left the theaters. Cars will have to wait...)
Then after the movie Luke made me a delicious birthday dinner. We had grilled corn on the cob, salad, and filet mignon. mmmmmmmmmm.... But wait. That's not it. He also made me "Grandma Hanzon Brownies". Delicious!
Maybe I can have another birthday next month. After my diet.
