Birch syrup goodness

This morning I made German pancakes just so we had an excuse to use some of our birch syrup that we bought in Talkeetna last week (and our cute syrup jar too!).

When we bought the syrup, we also bought birch caramels...but those didn't last long enough to get any pictures of...  (They're really good...)
