Museums and More

Mom, Wendi, and I went to some museums today.

First we went to the Alaska Native Heritage Center Museum.  And on the way we got to see a mama moose and baby moose cross the road.

We got to the museum in time to see the noon Native Dance Presentation.

And then we walked around the grounds and looked at all the village replicas.

We had lunch at Snow City Cafe on 4th and L in Anchorage.  The food was delicious!

We had parked the car by Resolution Park, so before moving on we walked over to see the view.

We also stopped in at the Qiviut shop.

And then we went to the Anchorage Museum.

Sydney Laurence is my new favorite artist.

Look at the huge elevator!

It was such a fun day!
