So now I want a scooter...

This afternoon Luke and I went to the movies....at the Landmark theater-our favorite! (Bring on the popcorn and cherry coke...)

We went to see Larry Crowne.
We really liked the movie.  The critics didn't, but the critics are dumb.  Confucius say: (or in this case Manda say:)  "He who loves movies such as 'Horrible Bosses' (a.k.a. the critics) cannot be trusted."  (More like SHOULD NOT be trusted...)

But now I want a scooter.  This isn't my first scooter-envy experience...  I first wanted one when I was in Italy a few years back.  Now I know that I still want one.

But I will settle for a mountain bike...for now.  :)

In other news, Luke and I went swimming at the Castle Rock rec center this morning.  It's all part of our Ironmanzon project...which I have yet to blog about...(patience, grasshopper...)  And on the way home we stopped at the grocery store where we saw a demonstration of and purchased a kitchen chopper thingy...  (I don't know the correct name of it, but that doesn't mean I love it any less.)

It kind of looks like this (except the lid to ours is silver and the handles are black...)
After the movie Luke made delicious salsa with our new kitchen chopper thingy.  And it was good.

No.  It was FABULOUS!
