The great and spacious building...some refer to as IKEA...

It's big. (415,000 square feet, built on 13.5 acres, with 1,500 parking spaces)

It's blue.  (it can be seen from space...probably...)

It's also "green".  (America's first Geothermal-Powered IKEA store)

It's opening this fall.

I wouldn't really mind the size...if the building wasn't ALL blue.  Yikes!  (So what if it has great meatballs?)
