On the road again!

Oh how I love red eye flights.  I always feel so rested after flying through the night.

You know I'm kidding, right?  (Hey...that all rhymed.  I'm so poetical sometimes.)

Anyway, today I packed up my suitcase...which was just recently unpacked...and watched Disney Channel movies in preparation for my trip Utah.  (The movies provided no preparation...only a way to pass the time.)

I'm leaving our house in all sorts of disarray, but unless some magical things happen, the mess will be waiting patiently for me to get back.  (Messes are so patient, aren't they?  They say: "take your time.  I'll be right here. waiting. for. you.")

I'm going out to go for Time Out for Women in Layton, Utah (It's the same event my sister and I went to last fall.  You can read about it here and here.  But it will be different.  A new year, a new motto.)  And I will also be visiting family and friends.  I'm so excited!

I am taking my computer with me.  And my camera.  I can't promise anything life changing.  But I will keep in touch.

Off to the airport, I go.
